    • Rationale = Branded Legacy signed a letter of intent to acquire Kamino Propagation & Research, LLC. Kamino, located in Newberry, FL, is in the business of growing, farming, harvesting and selling industrial hemp (i.e., “plant-touching”).

• Removed 1 Tier 2 Security:
  • -1 = CRB Tier Upgraded to 1B (“Branded Legacy, Inc.”)
• Removed 2 Tier 3 Securities:
  
  • -1 = Removed CRB from Database (“Intema Solutions Inc.”)
    
    • Rationale = Intema Solutions Inc. was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the provision of consulting and marketing services. However, in April 2022 Intema announced it had "completed its name change from Intema Solutions Inc. to React Gaming Group Inc." Per its own admission, "it was time for us to re-brand our name to better reflect our activities in the esports and iGaming sector." There is no evidence to suggest that this company has any connection to the cannabis industry.
  • -1 = Removed CRB from Database (“TRICCAR, Inc.”)
    • Rationale = TRICCAR was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the development of CBD supplements. However, in April 2022 TRICCAR announced it had completed the company’s corporate name change to Correlate Infrastructure Partners, Inc. Per its own admission, "The name change to Correlate Infrastructure Partners better reflects the Company’s business model and operational focus going forward." The company is now focused on providing proprietary clean energy assessment solutions for the commercial real estate industry. As a result, there is no evidence to suggest that this company has any connection to the cannabis industry.
