- Rationale = Cashbox Ventures Ltd. previously operated wikileaf.com, an online price comparison website, to help consumers find location-based pricing information about individual cannabis strains and products, which were the Company's only operating segment until the assets were sold to Fire & Flower Holdings Corp., a publicly-traded Tier 1 CRB. As compensation for this sale, Cashbox Ventures received shares of Fire & Flower. However, Cashbox Ventures sold all of its investments in Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. Cashbox subsequently entered into a business combination agreement with non-cannabis related company. There is no evidence to suggest that Cashbox Ventures Ltd. currently has any connection to the cannabis industry. Therefore, this company no longer qualifies for inclusion.
