  • Rationale = Amplify U.S. Alternative Harvest ETF was an actively managed ETF that sought long-term growth of capital by primarily investing in securities of companies engaged in the Cannabis Business in the United States. However, this fund has been closed and liquidated. The fund was delisted from NYSE and ceased trading on January 27, 2025. "Based on the recommendation of Amplify Investments LLC, the Fund's investment adviser, the Board of Trustees of the Amplify ETF Trust unanimously determined that it is in the best interests of the Fund and its shareholders to liquidate the Fund." As a result, this fund no longer exists.

Removed 1 Tier 3 Security:

• -1 = Discarded Business Record: (“XWELL, Inc.”)
  • Rationale = XWELL, Inc., based in United States, is a health and wellness holding company. XWELL is focused on providing spa services, luxury travel products and accessories. XWELL was previously involved in the cannabis industry through the sale of personal beauty products containing cannabidiol (CBD), primarily topical lotions and oils. However, it has been over two years since there has been any mention of cannabis in connection with this company. There is no evidence to suggest that this company is still actively engaged in the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
