Removed 1 Tier 1B Security:
- -1 = Tier Downgraded to Tier 2: (“Beckett's Inc.”)
Added 1 Tier 2 Security:
- +1 = Tier Downgraded to Tier 2: (“Beckett's Inc.”)
- Rationale = Beckett's Inc., formerly The Tinley Beverage Company Inc., sells a line of liquor-inspired, non-alcoholic, non-cannabis-infused beverages. The company also sells hemp-derived delta-9 THC-infused versions of its high performing non-alcoholic drinks. The company, through its subsidiary, previously operated a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility in California where it produced marijuana-infused beverages. However, the company closed and exited from this facility. The cannabis licenses have been surrendered or expired. As a result, the company no longer holds any active cannabis licenses directly or indirectly. Beckett’s will continue to focus on the sale of its non-alcoholic and hemp-infused beverages. Beckett’s involvement in the cannabis industry constitutes a substantial revenue source, relative to its overall business. Therefore, Beckett’s qualifies for Tier 2.
