    • Rationale = Lannett Co Inc. is a US-based developer, manufacturer, marketer, and distributer of generic versions of brand pharmaceutical products for a range of medical indications. Lannett Co Inc. was involved in the manufacture of various cannabis-related pharmaceutical products, including synthetic substances such as Dronabinol. However, The company's security has been revoked/delisted and it no longer trades. As a result, the company is now private. This is a business without any connection to (1) a cannabis license/"plant-touching" operation, (2) a Tier 1 CRB, and/or (3) a publicly-traded CRB. Therefore, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.

    • Rationale = Labrador Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based company which focused on web-based oil and gas data retrieval software products. The company commenced collecting cannabis data in partnership with a private Canadian cannabis AI company with the intent to market the data. However, the company has since fully transitioned into the "oil and gas exploration, development and production" industry. There is no evidence to suggest that this company is still actively engaged in the cannabis industry. As a result, this business no longer qualifies for inclusion.
